You assume full responsibility for bookkeeping for the properties we manage, with a focus on WEG (condominium owners' association) administration.
You review and code incoming and outgoing invoices (accounts receivable/accounts payable), post business transactions and manage the dunning process — including deadline monitoring and, if necessary, coordination with debt-collection services.
You manage and monitor all payment transactions (planned vs. actual reconciliation) and support liquidity planning for individual properties.
You independently prepare annual statements for condominium owners' associations and service-charge/operating-cost reconciliations for rental management — digitally, in a structured and easy-to-understand format.
You work closely with our technical property managers, advise them on accounting questions and ensure a smooth interface between commercial and technical property management.
You are the contact person for accounting queries from owners and advisory boards — competent, solution-oriented and friendly, while communicating confidently.
You prepare data for tax analyses and for external service providers (e.g., tax advisors or auditors).
You help to further digitize and standardize our accounting processes — together with a team committed to continuous progress and innovation.
