Requirements
Enterprise track record: Several years of experience in B2B sales of complex software solutions with demonstrable success.
Leadership & builder mindset: Initial experience in leadership, coaching or building sales structures — and a genuine drive to shape a team according to your standards.
Closing instinct: You are a “closer” with endurance for long sales cycles and the negotiation skills required at top-management level.
Methodology: Confident stakeholder management, experience in the Sales triangle, and structured work with CRM, forecasting and repeatable sales processes.
Communication skills: Confident presence in German (native) and English — precise, structured and on equal footing with decision-makers.
