As a Senior Logistics Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in our Logistics and Micro Factory Team.
Work closely with external partners and internal stakeholders across multiple departments.
Oversee the smooth and timely distribution of goods to our customers, production partners, and key suppliers.
Collaborate with customers and production partners to lead the development and implementation of logistics and packaging concepts.
Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and in-house prototype activities.
Establish and maintain clear communication with production partners, suppliers, and customers.
Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for process improvements.

Educational background in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of professional experience in logistics, transport planning, or similar roles, preferably with a focus on organizing shipments in the automotive industry.
Experience with packaging solutions and planning methodologies.
Proficiency in ERP systems, with a focus on logistics processes; experience with SAP ByDesign is highly desirable.
Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English is required, and proficiency in German is a plus.
Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
