About this role

Support in planning and implementing marketing campaigns (e.g., email, performance marketing, telesales) for our content products
Develop and test creative campaign ideas to reach new target groups
Collaborate with freelance authors, speakers, graphic designers and subject-matter experts to create high-quality content
Gain exposure to analytics and reporting tools to evaluate the success of campaigns and products
Research new topics, trends and product ideas
Gradually take ownership of small projects and campaigns

A completed degree, e.g., in Marketing, Media, Business, Communication or Business Administration (or a comparable program)
Initial practical experience in marketing (e.g., through internships or working-student positions) is a plus but not required
Strong organizational skills, communication skills and self-initiative
Interest in marketing, digital products and data-driven decision-making
Eagerness to learn and to take on responsibility
