Analysis of business processes, identification of optimization potential and development of solution concepts
Design of customer applications (user stories), planning and execution of projects
Integration into our clients' project teams: project location Frankfurt am Main, 2 days per week on-site at the client's premises, otherwise remote

At least 2 years of professional experience in consulting, fintech, an agency, a stock exchange or a bank
Experience implementing agile IT and digital projects; experience in the securities area
Strong technical background, technical understanding or programming skills
Knowledge of digital trends and technologies in the financial sector
Strong results orientation and willingness to perform
Degree in business administration, business informatics, finance or a comparable qualification
Desire to help develop the firm itself as well as support clients within a small boutique consultancy
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
Strong communication and presentation skills
Team player, independent working style and strong customer orientation
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
