About this role
Role Overview
Maintain accurate and timely records in HubSpot by updating client budgets, new deals (e.g. baselines, rates, and offers) and key commercial data.
Run regular data checks to ensure client platform data aligns with Tableau dashboards.
Update and reconcile Insertion Orders (IOs) and related documentation for finance processing.
Update merchant optimisation sheets and internal Ops team forms for internal reporting.
Improvement of cross-functional communication across Commercial, BI, and Operations teams.
Identify manual or repetitive tasks for process improvement or automation.
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with numbers and data.
Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms).
Basic understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus).
Eager to learn and proactive in taking ownership of tasks.
Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams.
