Support the Sales function with both operational enablement and executive-level coordination
Maintain the Rock & Roll Blueprint documentation, JBP templates and sales playbooks
Identify process gaps and instances of non-compliance across the sales team
Act as the primary point of contact for CRM (Zoho) coordination and training
Provide data and reports for customer meetings and internal reviews
Maintain customer price books and assist with new SKU setup
Manage onboarding documentation for new sales team hires

2+ years of experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Analyst, Sales Ops, or similar role
Excellent command of English – written and spoken
Strong Excel / PowerPoint / PowerBI reporting skills
Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, Hubspot or similar)
Experience preparing sales reports, maintaining documentation and supporting leadership
Highly organised, systems-minded and detail-oriented
Proactive communicator with a team-first mindset
Strength of personality to respectfully challenge accountability issues within the team whilst working with them to achieve their best
Experienced in the use of and experimentation with A.I. as a copilot, or at least genuinely receptive and excited to experiment with AI design tools and integrate them into your workflow.
