With your support, the smooth operation and ongoing development of the central Microsoft-based IT infrastructure will be ensured.
You install and maintain applications in the data center and handle their technical provisioning.
You independently process support tickets.
You perform fault diagnostics and resolve technical issues.
You take responsibility for individual IT projects and support collaborative projects.
Requirements
Completed vocational training in an IT field (e.g., Fachinformatiker for System Integration, Systems Electronics Technician) or an equivalent qualification
Professional experience in application and/or system administration
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Server operating systems (2016–2025) and server virtualization (Hyper-V)
Additionally, you have knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Microsoft Exchange Server, Veeam Backup, network configuration (WAN/LAN, routing, firewall), Citrix products
You enjoy working independently and are goal-oriented
You have strong teamwork and communication skills.
