Customer support: central point of contact for customers via phone, email and remote access.
Independent intake, handling and documentation of service requests and incidents.
Technical support and system monitoring: analyze, prioritize and permanently resolve incidents related to virtualization, Windows and Linux server services.
Administration of server hardware, storage systems, operating systems and networks.
Proactive monitoring of customer systems and regular health checks.
Identify root causes and derive improvement measures.
Plan, execute and control managed services within agreed SLAs.
Participate in change management and consistently document all processes.
Prepare service reports and support Continual Service Improvement (CSI).
Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure stable, secure and high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or an equivalent qualification.
Career changers with relevant practical experience are also welcome.

Proficient with Windows (client/server) and Linux systems.
Familiar with concepts such as DNS and DHCP, and possess a solid basic understanding of networking.
Good hands-on experience with VMware technologies (Broadcom / Omnissa) and knowledge of cloud environments.
Interest in IT security topics and actively apply this knowledge in daily operations.
