Requirements
4–7 years of experience in demand generation or performance marketing, ideally at a B2B SaaS or adtech company
Familiarity with the ecommerce ecosystem, with an understanding of the challenges DTC and retail brands face
Adtech experience: you know how the stack fits together (DSPs, CDPs, data providers, measurement)
Strong AI fluency; you actively use AI tools to work smarter and think critically about how they apply to marketing
A builder's mindset: comfortable being scrappy, owning outcomes, and figuring things out
Nice to Have: Experience marketing to performance marketers or ecommerce operators; Familiarity with Meta's ad ecosystem or retail media networks; Experience at a startup or high-growth environment
