Establish project/site budgets in collaboration with project teams and forecast related costs and revenues
Perform rigorous tracking of actual costs versus budgets, identify variances and propose corrective actions to project managers/directors across the different offices
Conduct occasional visits to construction sites across all our offices
Assess project profitability by analyzing margins and financial risks and recommending improvements (P&L and cash flow statement)
Prepare detailed financial reports for the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer
Manage client invoicing and ensure timely payment of customer invoices (follow-ups as required according to our internal procedures)
Requirements
Master's degree (Bac+5) and at least 5 years' experience in a similar role within construction or engineering (experience in a permanent position preferred)
Strong command of budget management, project management processes and related financial issues
Rigour in collecting and processing data
Strong analytical and synthesis skills
Good listening and communication skills
