Organization: Line management of operational teams under your responsibility, organized by geography or by project/profile type (internal project managers)
Functional management as required (Lockroy project managers, external teams dedicated to the project), while ensuring the correct application of operational processes (project management)
Participate in the recruitment process for project managers
Operations: Autonomously launch projects and ensure delivery in the early phase before project teams are in place
Set up, lead and manage all internal stakeholders (project managers) and partners during the project production phase (architects, engineering firms, contractors…)
Ensure project revenue and margins are achieved, on schedule and according to client and Lockroy Conseil quality standards
Manage project finances and report operations to the Operations Directorate
Prepare and lead operational meetings and client steering committees (COPIL)
Manage relationships with subcontractors, particularly during the tender/consultation phase
Contribute to creating and maintaining partnerships with companies and engineering firms by leveraging group synergies
Ensure proper execution of projects and construction sites and compliance with safety rules
Business development: take part in prospecting new clients and developing new projects with existing clients
Participate in preparing commercial proposals in coordination with the Deputy CEO (DGA)
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac +5) from an engineering school or a specialized Master’s in real estate project management
8–10 years of proven experience in project management (AMO/owner’s project management assistance, owner’s representation, or main contractor with a commercial dimension)
Strong knowledge of construction processes (Loi MOP, private contracts, CCAG)
Expertise in legal and administrative arrangements (PC — building permits, urban planning) and financial structuring (project financial statements)
Proven business development ability (sourcing and converting leads)
Awareness of environmental issues and standards (BREEAM, HQE, RE2020)
Leadership: ability to unite teams and make decisions
Strategic thinking and diplomacy: broad perspective on projects and ease in dealing with senior stakeholders
Organization: strong drafting skills and the ability to manage peak periods
