Support in the development of two collections per year and the further development of the NOS segment in close coordination with manufacturers and licensing partners (market, competitor and trend monitoring, design briefing, design sourcing)
Support the product development process (collection framework planning, prototype development, production supervision and presentation to sales)
Conceptualize promotional items, POS and packaging concepts in close coordination with marketing and sales
Create informative sales and presentation materials
Support monthly analysis and reporting of relevant KPIs

Requirements
A completed degree in textiles/fashion or a comparable qualification
Initial professional experience through internships in product/category management or procurement
Structured, goal-oriented and independent working style
Good sense for materials, colors and design
Good analytical skills and a structured, conceptual way of thinking and working
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Excellent written and spoken English
