Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize engagement, retention, and reactivation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, and Data Analytics) to align CRM activities with business objectives.
Utilize CRM tools and platforms to segment customers and personalize communications based on behavior, preferences, and betting patterns.
Support the development of promotions and bonus offers to engage different player segments.
Ensure timely publication of content while maintaining high-quality standards.
Coordinate CRM campaign communications with other departments and teams to ensure consistency and alignment.
Ensure all campaigns comply with regulatory requirements and responsible gaming guidelines.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in a CRM role, preferably within the iGaming industry or sportsbook vertical.
Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Passion for sports and a solid understanding of sportsbook products is a plus.
