Identify, consume, and integrate existing Power BI reports, datasets, and semantic models;
Leverage Microsoft Fabric features embedded in Power BI as the first choice for solution design;
Build advanced consumption patterns on top of Power BI (programmatic access, integrations, automation);
Evaluate platform limitations and determine when Power BI + Fabric are sufficient — and when they’re not;
Design and implement custom solutions using AI and GenAI techniques when native capabilities fall short;
Apply AI to enable intelligent data interaction, interpretation, enrichment, or automation beyond standard BI;
Take solutions from local development to production, following sound engineering practices;
Collaborate closely with BI, data, platform, and architecture teams;
Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements
University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Strong hands‑on experience with Power BI (reports, datasets, semantic models, Power BI Service)
Solid understanding of Microsoft Fabric and how it integrates with Power BI
Experience using AI / GenAI (LLMs, agents, prompt‑driven logic) to solve non‑standard data problems
Proven ability to reuse and extend existing BI assets, not just build new reports
Strong data modeling and BI fundamentals
Engineering mindset with experience building custom solutions alongside BI platforms
Experience working with complex enterprise data sources (e.g. SAP)
Comfortable making architectural tradeoffs
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Power BI REST APIs, XMLA, or Fabric extensibility
Experience with automation, orchestration, or embedded analytics
Azure services and AI tooling exposure
Microsoft certifications (PL‑300, DP‑600, etc.)
