You will take on the operational management and development of cooperation and innovation projects in the agricultural, nature and environmental sectors.
In addition to coordinating ongoing projects, you will independently develop new project ideas, identify collaboration opportunities and structure initiatives from concept through implementation.
You will work at the interface between practice, industry, science and the public sector.
Operational coordination of ongoing cooperation projects (controlling, documentation and reporting)
Monitoring schedules, milestones and budgets
Liaison with industry partners from agriculture, businesses, academia and government, as well as with funding agencies and project sponsors
Development of your own project ideas based on identified needs
Contribution to funding applications and project concepts
Ensuring transparent internal and external project communication
Requirements
Initial experience in organizing or coordinating projects – ideally in the agricultural, environmental or funding context
Professional background in agriculture, nature, environment or a comparable field (e.g. vocational training, master craftsman, technician, degree or relevant professional experience)
Ability to translate practical needs into concrete project approaches
Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication skills and reliability
Very good German and confident English skills
