Deliver exceptional client service and oversee client engagements
Provide specialized accounting and industry expertise
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Deliver creative client solutions to complex accounting, tax, and business issues
Lead, plan, oversee, and execute client engagements
Connect clients with additional internal or external specialists as needed
Mentor and coach team members
Participate in firm growth initiatives and client account development

5–8+ years of public accounting experience with an emphasis on accounting and tax
2+ years as an in-charge or lead advisor in public accounting supporting Agribusiness clients
CPA license with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a related field
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed personal charge hour goals and promote efficiency and productivity within the team
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to creatively improve and follow processes
Strong curiosity to fully understand the Agribusiness industry
Technical proficiency in MS Office, tax and accounting software, and the ability to learn new applications
