Support the Director in coordinating the commercial team by providing feedback, guidance, and assistance to achieve sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, growth opportunities, and competitor activity, and propose adjusted commercial strategies.
Prepare reports on commercial performance, sales, and revenue forecasts, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
Participate in complex commercial negotiations and contract discussions, supporting the Commercial Director on matters involving major clients or strategic partnerships.
Collaborate on optimizing commercial processes with a focus on efficiency across sales operations, customer service, and logistics.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in commercial roles, with a focus on sales and client relationship management.
Familiarity with market analysis, sales management, and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
Advanced skills in Excel and data management tools.
Ability to lead teams and manage sales processes efficiently.
Proficiency in English.
Proficiency in French.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
