Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue growth and market expansion targets
- Cultivate strong relationships with industrial customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Manage channel partnerships and distributor relationships to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide technical guidance on product applications and engineered systems, supporting customers in manufacturing environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates using digital tools such as Salesforce
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Industry 4.0 trends and Stanley Black & Decker’s product innovations
- Ensure superior customer experience through proactive engagement and problem-solving
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as required by business needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT/Computer Science, Communications, or related field required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Strong project management skills and a self-starter attitude
- High mechanical and technical aptitude; eagerness to learn about new industrial applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Salesforce preferred
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Industrial environment experience is preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as required by business needs
