Senior Product Data Manager

Role Overview

• Understand user needs (internal & external) through interviews, data and field feedback.
• Challenge incoming requests and prioritize problems with the highest business impact.
• Design relevant product solutions and write clear, actionable specifications.
• Work closely with Design & Engineering to deliver high-quality features into production.
• Define and track product KPIs to measure real impact on Seyna’s objectives.
• Continuously iterate to improve performance, adoption and user satisfaction.
• Own the product vision and align cross-functional teams around the roadmap.
• Enable Sales & Marketing to understand, position and sell the product effectively.

Requirements

• You are comfortable with user discovery and prioritization.
• You are data-driven and focused on business impact.
• You communicate clearly and demonstrate leadership across diverse stakeholders.
• You enjoy taking end-to-end ownership of initiatives.
• You have strong technical literacy (e.g., databases, SQL, APIs).
