Prepare layouts, facades/storefronts, final/acrylic artwork and ensure compliance with the franchise network's visual standards;
Review materials and provide support for the technical documentation stages of projects;
Ensure visual standardization and the technical quality of deliverables;
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining clear and effective communication.
Requirements
Degree in Architecture, Technical diploma in Building/Construction, Interior Design, Civil Construction Technologist, Draftsperson, Industrial Design or related fields;
Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Illustrator, CorelDRAW and Microsoft Office Suite;
Attention to detail, organizational skills and good interpersonal communication;
Basic to intermediate Spanish and basic English;
Reside in São Paulo or the metropolitan region.
Preferred qualifications
Experience with franchising, business units, commercial/sales areas and/or consultancies;
Intermediate knowledge of Excel;
Comfort with technology.
