Content Creation: Short videos/Reels, Stories, Posts, simple graphics; copywriting/captions
Community & Listening: Moderation, guidelines, social listening, first-response routines
Paid Social Basics: Operational setup of small campaigns in Meta Business/Ads Manager, A/B tests, basic reporting/analysis
Production & Coordination: In-house production and coordination of external partners (video, photo, translation); quality assurance and approvals including image/music/usage rights
Influencer/Creator: Sourcing, briefing, content approval and performance measurement
Reporting & Optimization: Monthly reports with KPIs (reach, engagement rate, clicks/leads), learnings and clear action items
Collaboration: Close coordination with design, performance and consulting teams; visualizing concepts for clients
Requirements
Degree or training in digital media/marketing/communications or comparable practical experience
2+ years of social media experience (agency or brand) with relevant work samples/portfolio
Strong understanding of platforms, formats and specs (IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, optionally YouTube/Shorts)
Confident user of Adobe CC/Canva/CapCut/Figma as well as common planning/analytics tools
Basic knowledge of Meta Business/Ads Manager (campaign setup, audiences, analysis)
Plus: Skills in graphic design, photography, motion/video editing; strong trend awareness and a creator mindset
