Have bachelor's or 5-7 years of relevant work experience required
Demonstrate proven expertise in leading cross-functional programs and projects in support of strategic client initiatives
Possess deep expertise in project management
Be skilled in leading meetings, setting goals, prioritizing tasks, defining roles, resolving conflicts, and driving project progress
Display significant experience in driving results, and proven history to see downstream impacts and to navigate through them
Have experience facilitating project progress through compelling listening, influencing, presentation, and communication skills
Demonstrate dynamic analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Have experience leading innovative and effective client engagement strategies focused on client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
Display exceptional professional communication skills, business and financial acumen, and executive presence
Have industry experience in the following: HR services / Outsourcing, Business Management, or Disability / Absence / Healthcare.
