With your support, the smooth operation and further development of the central Microsoft-based IT infrastructure will be ensured.
You install and maintain applications in the data center and make them available from a technical perspective.
You independently handle support tickets.
You perform fault diagnosis and resolve technical issues.
You take ownership of individual IT projects and support shared IT projects.
Requirements
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist — System Integration, Systems Electronics Technician) or an equivalent qualification
Professional experience in application and/or system administration
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Server operating systems (2016–2025) and server virtualization (Hyper-V)
In addition, you have knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Microsoft Exchange SE, Veeam Backup, network configuration (WAN, LAN, routing, firewall), Citrix products
You enjoy working independently and are goal-oriented
You have good teamwork and communication skills
