Role Overview
Manage the Dermatology sales team across Australia
Develop and execute national sales strategies that drive revenue growth
Inspire and direct the activities of the national sales group for the achievement of business objectives
Implement and coach sales team in the understanding and adoption of the “Challenger” model
Proactively target key customers to reach brand and sales team goals
Develop and manage the expense budget within plan by allocating monies appropriately
Actively seek and present new business opportunities to senior management
Effectively manage agreed projects to deliver high-quality work product in a timely fashion
Recruit, retain, and develop team members
Requirements
Tertiary Qualifications in a science, business or management discipline or equivalent
Comprehensive industry knowledge within pharmaceuticals with experience in Dermatology highly regarded
Strong customer and patient focus
Exemplary leadership skills with proven success in driving high performing teams in a multichannel environment
Coaching skills, with a focus on coaching for maximum performance
Strong analytical skills
High influence and negotiation skills with a results orientation
Ability to work in a matrix environment
High emotional intelligence, with strong resilience and adaptability skills
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
