About this role

Define and prioritise high-impact CDP use cases, leveraging existing Salesforce insights
Assess and improve customer data quality within Sales Cloud to support marketing activation
Evaluate existing data sources (including Datamind) and define integration pathways into the CDP
Support CDP vendor selection through requirements definition and scoring frameworks
Design and document the customer data architecture, including data mastering, accuracy, and sharing rules
Map dependencies across programmes and technical initiatives to ensure aligned delivery
Lead business change planning, including training and enablement across markets
Develop and manage a phased rollout plan with clear country-level milestones
Define the CDP data maturity roadmap, from initial datasets through to a full Customer 360 view
Establish integration approaches to enable seamless audience activation across channels
