Lead complex AI and data service projects from planning through final delivery
Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation
Translate business and client requirements into structured execution roadmaps
Ensure alignment between operations, engineering, QA, and client-facing teams
Maintain strict control over scope, quality, timeline, and budget expectations
Serve as the primary project accountability point for internal and external stakeholders
Provide structured status reporting, progress visibility, and executive-level updates
Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies proactively
Drive continuous improvement in AI project workflows and delivery frameworks
Strengthen documentation, governance, and reporting standards
Mentor coordinators and junior team members when applicable
Ensure all deliverables meet TrustScale's standards of quality, reliability, and scalability

5+ years of project management experience in AI, data services, or technology-driven environments
Proven experience leading multiple large-scale, complex projects simultaneously
Strong understanding of AI/ML workflows, data annotation, or human-in-the-loop (HITL) processes
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional, distributed teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or similar iterative frameworks
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Preferred: PMP (PMI) certification and/or Agile/Scrum certifications
Experience managing global or multi-region AI programs
