Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and reduce outstanding balances
Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies while ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records
Analyze aging reports and recommend actions to improve cash flow
Analyze pricing data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and make recommendations for pricing strategies
Evaluate discounts, promotions, and contract pricing structures to improve margins
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI
Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, reporting, and analysis
Prepare financial reports and presentations for management review
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve pricing and invoicing issues
Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate reporting, and enhance data accuracy and efficiency
Provide insights and recommendations to support business and financial decision-making
Ability to manage multiple projects while still meeting the required deadlines.

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience working in accounts receivable, pricing analysis, or related roles.
Strong proficiency in Power BI
Advanced SQL skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
