About this role
Role Overview
Delivering excellent customer service including telephone and mail etiquette
Providing first line support for hotels-related problems and trying to fix the problems or answer the questions as efficient and sufficient as possible
Solving problems related to payments
Responding to emergency situations and taking appropriate actions
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Stress resistance and ability to work effectively under deadlines
Reliability and team player mentality
Experience in customer service is nice to have
Knowledge of Travel sector or reservation systems will be a strong asset
Willingness to work on daily shift (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM)
Working proficiency in French (min. B2)
Intermediate level in English (B1-B2)
Other language is nice to have
