Responsible for regional opportunity pipeline development and management, tracking key business metrics, and quarterly business update/review
Drive business development in Southeast Asia region by positioning incremental and recurring software
Conduct consulting engagements such as needs discovery, workshops, benchmarking and master planning to determine customer needs and develop solution opportunities
Coordinating with cross functional teams involving Operations, product management, proposal and estimations, to position right Honeywell Connected Industrial Solution
Define and communicate the value proposition of software products or services through product presentations and demonstrations, to highlight key features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Requirements
Hands-on consulting experience in process industries, delivering Solution Consulting /digital transformation, or operational excellence programs
4 years of progressive software sales and/or consulting experience
Domain knowledge in at least one core vertical (Refining, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Mining Power)
Background with industry experience in enabling Digitization, Business applications like Process historian, Production accounting, Asset Performance Management, Alarm management, Process simulation, Advanced Process Control, Operator Training simulators
Strong understanding of OT. IT environments (DCS, historians, APC, AI/ML, Operation Management, data platforms)
Ability to lead customer workshops from Day 1
Experience translating business problems into scalable digital solutions
Executive-level communication skills, able to engage plant leadership and leadership
Proven experience working in regional customer environments and understand Market and Competitive landscape
