Communicate with our customers and respond to their requests and questions (via chat, email and phone), from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday to Friday and from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday.
Provide support to our customers regarding their pets for our insurance products and policy enrollment.
Continuously optimize the customer experience based on customer feedback in collaboration with other departments at Lassie.
Participate in exciting projects related to customer satisfaction ✨
Requirements
You have already gained initial experience in customer service, in a veterinary practice/clinic, or in a role with direct customer contact.
You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
You work in a structured and detail-oriented manner.
You can multitask—both advising our customers and supporting internal projects.
You are curious and always motivated to learn new things.
You are flexible, hands-on and motivated to work in a dynamic environment.
You enjoy teamwork and appreciate regular exchanges with colleagues (French, Swedish and German).
You have proficient spoken and written French as well as basic English to exchange ideas with the international team 🌈
