Provide daily support on all matters related to supplementary social protection, including the implementation and compliance of health care, major disability/death insurance (prévoyance lourde) and pension schemes, and ensuring compliance with the related social and tax exemption requirements
Draft legal briefs on strategic topics
Assist with negotiating and then drafting or reviewing a variety of contracts: commercial partnership agreements, service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, etc.
Contribute to the development and delivery of training on core topics and current issues
Write articles for a monthly news bulletin
Maintain ongoing legislative and regulatory monitoring
Requirements
You are completing a Bac+4/5 (Master’s level) in Supplementary Social Protection law, Insurance law and/or Labor law
The versatility required for this role calls for strong organization, autonomy and rigor
Your analytical and synthesis skills, together with your drafting abilities, will be decisive
You are curious, pragmatic and enjoy taking on challenges
Strong listening and client-service skills, intellectual flexibility and excellent interpersonal skills are essential to succeed in this work-study position
