Oversee the implementation of a high volume of client implementations in coordination with client technical teams
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Account Management / Account Executives) to ensure success
Manage the post-sale implementation process
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ensure a seamless transition for our clients
Work closely with both the Technical Implementation and Account Management teams
Develop and execute detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with client goals and expectations
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including account management, product, marketing and sales, to gather necessary resources for a successful implementation
Conduct regular meetings and communications to keep internal and external clients informed of implementation progress
Create and modify training programs for each client engagement
Proactively identify potential risks and issues during the implementation process and develop mitigation strategies
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor and report on team and individual performance
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improvements
Develop and maintain comprehensive playbooks to guide future implementations
Partner with Account Managers and Adoption Specialists to drive adoption and value realization
Requirements
At least 4+ years of experience as an implementation manager, customer-facing project manager and/or in enterprise customer success
Passionate about learning and always seeking the next challenge

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
A systems thinker with a proven track record of turning processes that lack structure into effective, repeatable, scalable programs
