About this role
Role Overview
- Lead product-centered projects in an agile environment such as Scrum, SAFe or Kanban
- Plan, control and execute complex initiatives from roadmap to sprint
- Report on KPIs, budget including forecast vs. actual, resources and progress
- Facilitate PI Plannings, reviews and retrospectives
- Work closely with other Product Owners, development teams and stakeholders to ensure clear alignment
- Ensure deadlines, budget and quality, and promote an efficient team culture
- Support concise milestone planning and participate in relevant audits
- Create and maintain central project documentation such as master plans, roadmaps and release plans
- Resource planning, reporting and risk management at the portfolio level, including communication to the management board
Requirements
- Degree in (industrial) engineering, project management, computer science, business administration or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in project management and KPI reporting, ideally in an agile environment
- Deep knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, Kanban and traditional PM tools
- Preferably experience in embedded systems projects within a high‑tech/industrial environment
- Very good German and English language skills
