External Audit Manager

Role Overview

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements and related initiatives.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop audit team members to enhance performance and professional growth.
• Manage client accounts and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
• Analyze complex audit issues and provide practical recommendations and solutions.
• Drive engagement workstreams independently while ensuring timelines, quality, and deliverables are met.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
• Leverage technology, tools, and innovative approaches to enhance audit processes and service delivery.
• Address challenges and conflicts effectively while maintaining professionalism and clear communication.
• Uphold professional and technical standards, ensuring compliance with firm policies and codes of conduct.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy; a CPA is required.
• At least 7 years of experience in audit.
• 2+ years of people management experience is preferred.
• Experience working with international clients is a big plus.
• Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
• Can start immediately, if possible.
