Regional strategy: You develop and own the growth strategy for the German-speaking region in alignment with Cuculus’s global vision
Strategic account management: You lead and develop key accounts with a focus on long-term value, strategic partnerships and sustainable growth
Senior stakeholder management: You build trusted, long-term relationships with executives as well as digital and transformation leaders in the utilities sector
Complex sales cycles: You drive consultative sales processes from the early strategic phase through to contract signing
Transformation & future topics: You lead strategic conversations on the digitization of networks and data platforms, organizational, process and operating models, and the use of AI, automation and advanced analytics in the utilities sector
Internal collaboration: You work closely with product management, solution architecture and delivery teams to align customer strategies with the Cuculus technology roadmap
Market presence & thought leadership: You position Cuculus as a credible strategic partner in customer meetings and at relevant industry events (e.g. E‑World)
Requirements
Sales expertise: 5–10 years of relevant experience in B2B key account management, enterprise sales or a comparable strategic commercial role
Tech focus: Experience selling software, platform or IoT solutions
Commercial impact: Demonstrable commercial successes and confidence in C-level discussions
Communication skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
Market insights: Exposure to the utilities sector, energy market or critical infrastructure—ideally within the German-speaking region
