About this role
Role Overview
Serve as the primary technical expert during the sales cycle
Lead discovery conversations to understand client integration preferences
Recommend measurement and attribution solutions tailored to each client’s business goals
Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues related to data flow, event firing, attribution, and reporting accuracy
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, client-friendly explanations
Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
Stay current on ad tech, programmatic advertising, privacy changes
Document best practices, integration patterns, and technical solutions
Requirements
3+ years in a technical, client-facing role (Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Technical Account Management)
Strong understanding of the digital media and advertising landscape
Hands-on experience with tracking technologies (pixels, SDKs, server-side postbacks, APIs, tag management solutions)
Strong debugging skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A proactive mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and independently
Comfort translating technical complexity into accessible explanations
Nice to Haves
Familiarity with programmatic platforms (DSPs, SSPs, exchanges)
Experience working with enterprise clients and complex technical stakeholders
Knowledge of analytics, conversion tracking, measurement, and attribution solutions
Working knowledge of privacy frameworks and regulations (GDPR, CCPA, consent management, cookie deprecation)
