You will work closely with Jan-Peter (CEO) at Veli’s headquarters in Science Park Kassel
Over the next 6 months you will bring around 1,000 households live and simultaneously drive our market growth — in direct contact with potential customers and strategic partners
Customer growth and scaling: You will support our customer growth and further develop market entry strategies
Marketing and communication: You will plan and design trade show appearances and our own networking formats, including support for LinkedIn, newsletters and campaigns
Sales support and development: You will systematically integrate customer feedback into our sales process
Company building and business model development: You will shape strategic and operational business models as well as processes and structures for a go-to-market
Requirements
1 to 3 years of professional experience, for example in a startup environment, consulting, project management or sales-related roles
Highly structured career starters are also a great fit
You work very methodically, prioritize clearly and have strong execution skills
You have a good sense for people and relationships, build trust and remain reliable and solution-oriented even in difficult situations
You pay attention to important details, think analytically and have strong numerical skills
You are comfortable with KPIs, budget planning, forecasts and spreadsheets
You communicate confidently and clearly in German, at least at C1 level
You enjoy building networks and connecting people
You are in Kassel at least two to three days per week and willing to travel approximately five days per month to trade shows, conferences and sales meetings
Experience with Notion, HubSpot, Canva or Adobe tools is a plus
