Role Overview
- Produce high quality reports
- Assess, value and negotiate repair costs
- Provide vehicle valuations
- Negotiate total loss settlements
- Have a detailed understanding of salvage categories
- Claims management
- Liaise with Field planning team, repairers and customers
- Support other members of the team as and when the need dictates
Requirements
- Qualified to a minimum of I.A.E.A or ATA (VDA) standard
- Hands‑on experience leading or supporting an engineering function
- Experience within an insurer, an independent firm, or a similar technical environment
