Handle incoming calls for the Florida Department of Financial Services related to the My Safe Florida Home Program

Adhere to program guidelines, policies, and call-handling procedures
Requirements
Reliable Internet: A stable, wired internet connection to your Wi-Fi router or cable modem, with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
Professional Equipment: A high-quality wired headset, keyboard, and mouse are required for optimal performance.
Schedule Availability: Candidates must be available to work a Monday through Friday schedule, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET.
Residency Requirement: We currently prefer candidates from Florida, Tennessee, and Texas for existing job opportunities. We kindly request that individuals residing outside of these states refrain from applying.
