Develop, maintain and implement compensation strategies and policies, including fixed and variable pay
Lead and further develop a small team
Establish and advance a job-grading/job evaluation system
Ensure compliance with national legal requirements, collective bargaining agreements and works agreements
Conduct ongoing market studies/benchmarking as well as analysis of internal data, perform gap analyses and identify trends
Initiate and lead projects, e.g. standardization, implementation or optimization of C&B systems or tools (e.g. SAP HCM, SuccessFactors or other systems)
Requirements
Several years of professional experience and some leadership experience
Experience with job-grading/job evaluation systems
Experience with collective bargaining agreements, works agreements, compensation and bonus models
Experience with HR systems/tools, e.g. SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Excel/Power BI, and possibly salary benchmarking tools
Ability to engage, align and convince stakeholders
Very good verbal and written German and English skills
