About this role

Develop production-ready AI systems that take over and fully automate fleet processes end-to-end
Your focus is on LLM agents (text & voice), robust RAG pipelines, clean backend integration, and production readiness
AI handles calls, makes decisions, and triggers processes — reliably, measurably, and with cost control
Own production stability, cost, and quality

LLM & Agent Systems: agent flows, tool calling, structured outputs, deterministic behavior
Backend Engineering: Python (FastAPI, Pydantic), APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture
RAG & Retrieval: chunking, embeddings, hybrid search, context control
Production Engineering: observability, error handling, CI/CD, cost and token management
Systemic collaboration: work closely with backend, product, and platform teams
Degree or vocational training in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or AI — or equivalent practical experience
