About this role
Role Overview
Win new customers and applications to drive incremental regional growth.
Build and execute a regional growth plan (targets, priorities, coverage).
Lead execution directly and through reps/partners; coach to build funnel and close business.
Manage pipeline and forecasting in SFDC with strong deal discipline.
Own customer engagement end-to-end; align internal teams and represent the voice of the customer.
Maintain account plans, customer cadence, and concise performance/market updates to leadership and BUs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or closely related technical field
8+ years of experience (or equivalent) including successful B2B sales with a track record of new-business growth
Proven ability to lead through direct sales reps and channel partners; strong fundamentals in qualification, pipeline management, and forecasting
Comfortable managing multiple accounts and complex opportunities in a fast-paced environment; resilient and persistent in overcoming obstacles
Clear, concise communicator who can influence customers and internal stakeholders at all levels
Willing to travel ~30–50%; strategic, long-term approach to building sustainable growth beyond transactional sales.
