Work within the context of RGC email and relationship products, with an exclusive focus on Fleet Management (FM).
Work directly with internal clients, primarily managers and coordinators of the relationship teams.
Conduct scenario diagnostics, including:
o Interviews with clients and internal stakeholders.
o Mapping the current operation.
o Identifying bottlenecks, opportunities and impacts on the customer.
Analyze key area indicators, including NPS and relationship metrics, assessing whether they are at optimal levels.
Play a leading role in transforming relationship products, structuring value propositions for a new operating model for the area.
Generate strategic insights from data to support business decisions and continuous improvement projects.
Exercise indirect leadership, working effectively across teams and influencing decisions without formal managerial authority.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed)
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving complex issues.
Experience with projects, transformation and process improvement.
Experience structuring analyses and value propositions in a clear, executive manner.
Strong Excel skills.
Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect data to strategic decisions.
