About this role
Role Overview
- Advisory (consultative) practice in real estate law, preferably in a law firm;
- Experience in due diligence, acquisitions, leasing and real estate transactions in general, and in the constitution of guarantees;
- Additional experience in regularization of urban and rural areas, agribusiness, and the structuring of real estate developments is desirable.
Requirements
- Law degree completed between 2018 and 2022;
- Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association);
- Advanced/Fluent English;
- Specialization or postgraduate degree in real estate law.
