Role Overview
- As a Senior Developer or Team Lead for Software Development, you will play a key role in shaping the technological advancement of our platforms
- Introduce and establish AI-supported development practices across the company

- Analysis, specification, testing, and documentation

Requirements
- Several years of experience in software development (with a .NET-based stack)
- Good understanding of modern software architectures
- Strong interest in applying AI to software development
- Structured working style, analytical thinking, and a hands-on mentality
- Team player with strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility
- Experience leading teams or strong motivation to take this step into leadership
