Develop, implement, and maintain a clear execution and delivery schedule for the supplier's products, in partnership with the supplier (Often working with a supplier's Program Manager and Executive Leadership Team)
Communicate status (challenges, actions, owners, needs) at various levels within both Raytheon and the supplier
Drive closure of actions that are owned by Raytheon by building relationships
Drive closure of actions at the supplier by gaining trust and clearly communicating Raytheon priorities
Develop and implement supplier strategies, while partnering to meet customer needs. Includes: Savings Opportunities, GMRE assessment, Risk and Opportunity Analysis, Supplier Performance, and Emerging Technologies
Collaborate cross functionally to establish a 'Grow, Maintain, Reduce, Exit (GMRE)” supplier strategy with detailed execution plans.
Identify capacity and manufacturing improvements through supplier investment opportunities to position the PCB/Flex supplier(s) and Raytheon for additional business opportunities.
Requirements
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years experience.
