Role Overview
- Active prospecting of new customers within your local territory
- Management of the sales pipeline and client visits
- Consultative selling focused on customized solutions
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with B2B clients
- Submission of reports and participation in commercial meetings with H2M
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative (contracted as a legal entity
- PJ)
- Previous experience in the packaging, stationery, food, or general manufacturing industries
- Strong track record of meeting targets and expanding the client portfolio
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and consultative selling skills
- Ability to work independently, with discipline and resilience
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an ownership attitude
- Active legal entity registration (CNPJ) required
- High school diploma required (higher education is a plus)
- Reside in the area of operation and have knowledge of the local market
- Own a vehicle and be available for frequent travel
- Proficient with digital tools (CRM, spreadsheets, email, WhatsApp Business)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to track goals and visits
- Ability to manage a client portfolio and maintain excellent after-sales service
