Role Overview
- Support the management of critical projects within an Agile Release Train (ART)
- Guide and coach Agile Teams on Cotiviti and SAFe processes
- Provide ART coaching and lead key ceremonies
- Support the management of key reports for the IPM Teams
- Help to coach & guide ART teams and stakeholders
- Support RTE in facilitating PI Planning readiness
- Assist tracking the execution of Program Objectives and features
- Work with the Innovation Portfolio Management team on program execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, business, or equivalent
- 2 years in software development or IT operations
- 1 year in scrum master or project management role
- 1 year in Agile Scrum framework
- Experience in Scaled Agile Framework preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership skills and results oriented
- Ability to work a flexible schedule around project deadlines
- Takes initiative to digest and solve process and project challenges
- Able to flex and adapt in rapidly changing situations
