Develop strong relationships with clients through telephone and digital channels to ensure all needs are addressed accurately and promptly.
Manage organized and planned onboarding for clients and/or suppliers through meetings, presentations and rituals so all parties understand timelines and key responsibilities, ensuring systems, processes and workflows are integrated without operational, cultural or strategic impact.
Implement the flexible benefits management solution by executing validation, testing, verification and acceptance processes with clients and suppliers to meet requirements and ensure correct operational functioning.
Validate import files by checking all data and information in the import dataset to ensure accurate order generation.
Manage flexible benefits by analyzing point systems on benefits management platforms to guarantee the appropriate delivery of plan benefits and advantages.
Identify improvement opportunities by mapping processes, procedures and workflows, and recommending actions for continuous improvement to enhance flexible benefits management.
Provide necessary support and service to clients and/or suppliers by supplying data and information to ensure continuity of processes and task execution.
Conduct periodic studies of the points system using statistical methods and techniques to produce information that supports strategic business decisions.
Perform other related duties inherent to the role as required by the area, including training and professional development under the guidance of the immediate supervisor to ensure continuous professional growth.
Actively contribute to the development of performance indicators (KPIs), objectives and key results (OKRs) and new company projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience administering flexible benefits
Customer-focused, professional, collaborative, with assertive communication, analytical ability, organization and planning skills
